  Gibson Produce is a family owned & operated business.

Open from mid-April thru October.   Terry and Kathy Christman assumed ownership of Gibson Produce in 2000 after family members were unable to continue running the business. Since then Terry and Kathy have strived to give their surrounding communities the best quality in produce, speciality items and customer service. Family is very important and includes one daughter and son-in-law, six nephews and nieces, three grandson's, two great nephew's, a great niece and many more intermingled members, to many to list. They are well supported by all these family and friends making the atomosphere of Gibson Produce very inviting and relaxed. Gibson Produce opens as soon as the first local cutting of asparagus comes off, which is usually late April to early May depending on the weather. During the early spring months local produce is hard to come by so Kathy does her best to supply the best quality of out of state produce. As the weather gets warmer and the local farms start producing, she stocks and supplies fresh and local produce. Gibson Produce also carries wine, jams, barbeque sauce, speciality soap and much more.
